  1. Size and out of roundness checked on dial indicator, magnafluxing available, and straightness checked on Sunnen alignment fixture.
  2. Reconditioning of rod big end on Sunnen Honing Equipment.
  3. Pin bushings installed, align bored and honed to size.
  4. Pistons pressed on rods.
  5. Pistons cleaned.
  6. Rods magnafluxed for cracks.
